Sprayed polyurethane foam can be used on almost any size or shape of roof whether the roof is of new construction or an existing roof. It is primarily seen on flat or “low sloped” roofs.

Sprayed polyurethane foam has been in use for the past 30-40 years as an insulation material. It was designed as insulation, not a roof system. The cost to repair this roof outweighs its insulating value.

Polyurethane Foam roofing often blisters which is commonly caused by the presence of moisture. It also delaminates from the existing surface, causing the need for major roof repair.

The 12-step MR Multi-Ply system is not a "roof in a can" like water-based acrylic, elastomeric, or aluminum roof coatings!

We start with a seamless roofing system that adheres directly to your existing roof profile. After surface preparations, a thick layer of asphalt (similar to rustproofing) is applied. Next, a strong, lightweight full polyester membrane is embedded and covered with a second thick layer of asphalt. After curing, a third layer of asphalt is applied and, while wet, protective granules or energy-saving reflective finishes are installed. This totals over 100 mils of finished roofing product.
