Ridge Cap leaking and needs repair:

Leaks often occur at the ridge vent as they were designed to be open and let air in. With Thermal-Tec’s MR Multi-ply® Roof System we will apply 3 layers of polyester membrane to the ridge vent to stop water from coming in and completely seal the area.

My roof has little or no ventilation. What do I do?

Metal roofs are often under ventilated causing improper air flow and ice dams at eave edges. What weather conditions are a factor when installing my roof?

Any roofing system that cannot be installed year round or is prohibited by temperatures below 40 degrees should not be considered if your looking for a 10-year warranted roof. Weather always affects how your roof performs. Using Thermal-Tec’s MR Multi-ply® Roof System we install a solvent based roof system that can be installed year round, and can also be serviced year round.
