Corrugated roofing was first developed in the mid 19th century as a new lightweight yet tough construction material. Corrugated roofs are made of iron and are manufactured to provide a strong, lightweight, durable, and cheap roofing and building material.

Corrugated roofing is made from a variety of substances, including aluminum, tin, fiberglass, zinc, coated or painted steel, and stainless steel.

Corrugated means wavy and corrugated roofing is designed to help water flow off rooftops so that there is no chance of water accumulating and causing leaks. The 12-step MR Multi-Ply system is not a "roof in a can" like water-based acrylic, elastomeric, or aluminum roof coatings!

We start with a seamless roofing system that adheres directly to your existing roof profile. After surface preparations, a thick layer of asphalt (similar to rustproofing) is applied. Next, a strong, lightweight full polyester membrane is embedded and covered with a second thick layer of asphalt. After curing, a third layer of asphalt is applied and, while wet, protective granules or energy-saving reflective finishes are installed. This totals over 100 mils of finished roofing product.
