Our expert commercial roofing contractors start with a seamless roofing
system that adheres directly to your existing commercial roof profile. After
surface preparations, a thick layer of asphalt (similar to rust proofing) is
applied. Next, a strong, lightweight full polyester membrane is embedded and
covered with a second thick layer of asphalt. After curing, a third layer of
asphalt is applied and, while wet, protective granules or energy-saving
reflective finishes are installed. This totals over 100 mils of finished
commercial roofing product. Your commercial roof will be a leak-free and
